The willing of consulting can emerge at any time in life. This may take place during or following a significant event ; when a person suffers from stress, feels anxious and/or depressed ; struggles to find its own psychological balance, feels a state of unease or encounters personal and/or professional questions.
A person's physical state, or psychosomatic state, can also be at the origin of a request for psychotherapy.
A clinical meeting may lead to psychotherapy. In order to start psychotherapy, it is necessary to do three sessions with the psychotherapist and mutually decide to carry out this work. It is always important to do a last meeting before finishing the psychotherapy.
The duration of it depends on several factors ; for some people, medium-term psychotherapy is sufficient, while for others it is necessary to carry out a long-term one. Either way, commitment is really important when it comes to psychotherapy.
I therefore offer an individual safe space for any person of any age (kids, teenagers, adults, elderly) who is experiencing psychological or psychosomatic suffering, for close caregivers (parents, spouses, etc.) as well as for professionals who are in the search for professional practice analysis.
